Coach TracyMac is the founder of Peace Place LLC and TracyMac Coaching Services and has been coaching professionally since 2004. Serving in many leadership capacities her 28 years of experience include working in the private sector, for non-profits and state and federal government, giving her opportunity to connect with people from diverse cultures and economic levels. She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Behavioral Science from Western International University. She graduated Magna Cum Laude and is a member of the Golden Key International Honor Society. Additionally, she is a graduate of Coach Training Alliance and a Certified Master Life Strategist with Kairos Institute of Personal Discovery.

Her natural heartwarming and welcoming spirit allows Coach TracyMac to understand the challenges of her clients ranging from personal and professional, business and corporate to military veterans and dependents. As the daughter of a US Marine and the wife of a US Navy retiree, her own life experiences have equipped her with the empowering ability to assist others in discovering relevant results and practical solutions. Her knowledge and flexibility paves a way to support her clients through their challenges and she demonstrates the prevailing excellence to help them overcome.

She realizes that assisting her clients in the areas of professional and personal development and helping them aggressively achieve their goals has always been her God-given passion. She provides professional development coaching services to corporations, non-profit organizations, veterans/dependents; and personal development coaching to professional women who desires to advance their life purpose and mission.
